  4. Preparation of contracts by the lawyer. He will send the contracts to the buyer and seller as well as secures the transaction.
  5. Obtaining desired financing.
  6. Signing of contracts. The notarially certified contracts can be signed in your country or in Austria. If the contract is signed in your country, it will be sent to Austria to be signed by us.
  7. Transfer of purchase price to the fiduciary account in Austria. Your ownership rights to the apartment are entered into the land register.
